Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ac Tech MH4750B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Milco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Milling product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Milco such as the MSC504204 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35312159A manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82232MO by Manufacturer Milling as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micro-optronic Brand ILD180020000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microbot such as MiniMover5 equipment made by Microbot have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microbot products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microbot" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FMC000017B made by Micromotion as well as the popular 641927702002 original spares produced by Mikab

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAH750 by Miki and MiniMover5 spares by Microbot are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMB000011B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion.
